WORLD LAUNCH OF CORSAIR PULSE
AS the countdown to the 27th Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show, 21 to 24 May 2015 continues, the event is experiencing strong exhibitor bookings both on water and on land, with the pavilions almost sold out.
Joining some of the world’s leading brands in boats and equipment, among them Sunseeker, Fleming, Maritimo, Hampton, Alaska, Horizon, Bering Yachts, Steber, Sea Ray, multihull and monohull sailing brands Lagoon, Lipari and Fontaine Pajot, are the next wave of dealers and marine companies eager to reach the reported 40,000 visitors who flock to SCIBS for the four-day event.
In a coup for SCIBS, Sundance Marine will bring the Italian-made Monte Carlo MC5 flybridge with its Tiffany blue hull – guaranteed to turn heads for its sleek styling and lavish interior finishes.
Director David Beck said he is aiming to attract a high calibre clientele for this prestigious brand and stand out vessel.
“The reason we’re going to SCIBS this year from Victoria is to build our brand presence in Queensland, broaden appeal and take advantage of the media attention that SCIBS enjoys with local and international media.”
Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show will also host the world launch of the compact and covetable Corsair Pulse 600 trimaran – the perfect family day sailing and racing boat – represented in Australia by the award-winning dealership, Multihull Central.
“We are thrilled and proud to have the world launch of the new Corsair Pulse 600 trailer trimaran,” says Brent Vaughan, Managing Director at Multihull Central, distributors of Seawind Catamarans, Outremer Catamarans and Aquila Power Catamarans.
“While there are thousands of Corsairs around the world and in particular in the USA, the factory decided that Sanctuary Cove was the best location to launch this new design.”
Visitors to this year’s SCIBS will be able to travel via land, water and air, with up to a dozen transport options available to make accessing the 27th annual event easier than ever.
SCIBS organisers announced recently that for the first time since 1999, on-site parking will be available at the 2015 Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show.
Up to 1,000 parking spaces per day will be available on-site at Sanctuary Cove, located close to the entry of the show or via a short shuttle ride. Parking must be pre-booked online.
There’s also the free Park ‘n’ Ride coach service from Warner Bros Movie World, and helicopter transfers from Marina Mirage and Jupiters Casino (Jupiters’ guests only). Water taxis, limousines, Surfside Bus Services and a ferry service from Hope Harbour Marina are also available.
Free shuttle coaches will also run to and from the show from Helensvale Train Station.
